The  Public Notice blogged by me  on 15th of July,2013 is hereby cancelled in view of all the disputes between the Partners of   the following Firms : - B.N.Chowdhury & Sons, Chowdhury Bhai and Auto Syndicate,   situated at and within Berhampore P.S in the District of Murshidabad; was resolved and the heir incumbent of late Asit Ranjan Chowdhury, who expired on 04-04-2012 Sree Tarun Chowdhury admitted as a partner to the firms as aforementioned with retrospective effect  from the 5th Day of 2012 signed and sealed on 25th of September,2013; as per cl.26 of the erstwhile Agreements; in place and stead of Late Asit Ranjan Chowdhury to the Reconstituted Agreement of Partnership.
